OnlyFans Mannequin Says Children’ College Workers Shared Specific Pictures: Lawsuit

A Florida OnlyFans mannequin is suing her native college district, saying sexually specific photos of her have been shared amongst workers at her kids’s college.

Victoria Triece, 31, is searching for damages from Orange County Public Colleges, citing cyber-harassment and invasion of privateness, a grievance, filed Tuesday, says.

In accordance with the grievance, Triece shows sexually specific photos on her OnlyFans web site, however “moderately anticipated” these photos “wouldn’t be shared with academics, principals,” and faculty district workers. 

On account of the dissemination of the pictures, Triece “has suffered disgrace, humiliation, psychological anguish, harm emotions, and aggravation,” the grievance says.

Orange County Public Colleges did not reply to a request for remark from Insider. A spokesperson for the district advised different media it would not touch upon pending litigation.

The grievance says Triece had been an “energetic volunteer” at Orange County colleges for 5 years.

It says that in October 2021, she was instructed by the principal of Sand Lake Elementary College, which her kids attend, that she “might not be round kids on college grounds.”

“These directions got here from the Orange County Public College Board,” the grievance says, including that the motion had harmed “her proper to attend features along with her kids” on district property and thereby “precipitated losses” to her.

The grievance says Triece is searching for in damages in extra of $50,000 and has requested a trial by jury.

It is the second time Triece has launched authorized motion in opposition to the district. Decide Paetra Brownlee dismissed the primary lawsuit in March 2022, saying Triece did not present “a transparent authorized proper to take part” within the volunteering program.

When contacted for remark, Triece referred Insider to her lawyer, who did not instantly reply.
